docs(publish): mark sohu manual self-test as verified

Move 搜狐 from 待测 to verified now that the v4 console URL fix and external_article_url emission have been validated end-to-end (image, text, and table publish), and drop the stale ZOL entry from 待测 since its self-test was already recorded as passing.
