root	09e3db5b34	fix(web): self-heal SPA chunk 404 after deploys ... Port admin-web's chunk-reload guard to ops-web (vite:preloadError + router.onError) so a stale tab landing on a lazy-loaded route triggers a single reload instead of a hard 404. Also force index.html through revalidation on both apps so the reload actually fetches a fresh entry referencing the new chunk hashes; hashed asset URLs keep their long immutable cache. root	461f186337	feat(tenant-api): expose Swagger UI in non-release mode ... Adds an in-process Swagger UI and OpenAPI JSON under /swagger, registered automatically when the Gin mode is not release. The admin-web Vite dev server and production nginx config now proxy /swagger to the tenant API so the docs are reachable from the existing admin host.
