Consolidate per-platform cover/image fetch failure prompts into a single
PUBLISH_IMAGE_FETCH_FAILED_MESSAGE constant shared by baijiahao, bilibili,
dongchedi, qiehao, smzdm, and zol adapters, and generalize the normalizer
to match any *_image_fetch_failed / *_cover_fetch_failed code. Also split
desktop publish list loading into initial vs manual-refresh states so the
refresh button no longer blanks the table, and fix admin-web active-task
detection to cover all pending statuses.
Add SMZDM to the cover-required platform list on both client and server,
register a 800x800 native cover spec in the admin cover catalog, and
normalize the desktop-client `smzdm_image_fetch_failed` adapter error to a
user-friendly Chinese prompt across the publisher error pipeline.

Map dongchedi adapter failures (raw "server exception" or
dongchedi_platform_exception) to a Chinese prompt steering the user to
the dongchedi backend, so renderer/admin views and desktop-task error
payloads no longer surface the opaque platform message.
Baijiahao throws baijiahao_challenge_required when its risk control flags
the network environment, but PublishManagementView previously showed the
raw "code: ..., message: ..." string. Route the error through the existing
normalizer pipeline so users see a clear "需要人机验证 + 去后台手动完成
一次发稿" prompt instead.

Replace ad-hoc trim/fallback logic with a shared normalizer that strips
trailing slashes and accidental /api suffixes, rejects non-http schemes,
and rewrites Vite dev origins (517x) back to localhost:8080 so the
desktop client never points its API client at the renderer dev server.

Inject the YiDun guardian client to obtain ursToken without relying on
window.neg, fetch the publish detail (wemediaId/onlineState/...) before
saving drafts so 100002 "参数错误" stops blocking submit, downgrade
markdown tables to paragraph rows like Baijiahao, and surface friendlier
errors for token, draft and publish-click failures.

- Detect qiehao's real-name auth blocking response (code/message) in the
desktop adapter, surface a Chinese-friendly summary, and propagate the
detail through the failure result.
- Extract a shared publisher-errors module so the renderer can normalize
these messages for the publish task table without duplicating regex.
- Pre-process article HTML for qiehao before upload via a new
packages/publisher-platforms/src/qiehao.ts entry point.
- Update the manual self-test notes for jianshu and qiehao with the
latest results.

Replace SSE /desktop/events with priority AMQP dispatch for monitoring
runs, and add phase1/phase2 infrastructure so desktop workers can lease,
resume, report, skip, and cancel monitoring tasks over the existing
dispatch WebSocket.
