Unify list/detail poll intervals to 5s and skip refetch while a query is
already in flight, replacing broad invalidateQueries cascades with targeted
refetches. Poll now also triggers on active publish status via the new
hasActivePublishStatus helper. Dedupe concurrent refreshBrands calls with a
shared promise and skip the redundant AppShell refresh when already
initialized. Gate publish-record loading on popover open.

Add self-service password change that re-hashes the credential and bumps a
per-user session version so all existing access/refresh tokens are rejected.
Session version is tracked in Redis with an in-memory fallback and enforced in
middleware and refresh.
Scope prompt rules and rule groups to a brand: new brand_id column (migrated to
a "未归属" fallback brand for existing rows), brand-filtered queries/indexes, and
brand-aware admin-web tabs.

Replace the freeform `platforms` field on articles/tasks (parsed out of
wizard_state/input_params JSON) with `auto_publish_platforms`, resolved
by joining schedule publish accounts to platform_accounts. The migration
strips the legacy keys from existing rows so the new field is the single
source of truth.

Treat ambiguous terminal states as failures end-to-end: server
normalizes unknown desktop task completions and views to failed, drops
the pending_review aggregate branch, and remaps pending_review to
failed in publish record conversion. admin-web removes the
pending_review status option from article list filters, pushes
pending_review through the failed tone, and folds lingering
publishing/pending entries under the publishing bucket. desktop-client
relabels unknown as 发送失败 in PublishManagement/TasksView, rewrites
the scaffold adapter result to a proper failed error envelope, and
sanitises legacy scaffold-only error messages to a user-friendly note.
