Apply repo-wide Prettier/lint normalization across admin-web,
desktop-client and ops-web: single quotes, no semicolons, trailing
commas, consistent line wrapping, and import ordering. Also drop an
unused brand-logo import in DesktopShell.vue.
No behavior changes — formatting only.

Hoists hasActiveGenerationStatus into the shared display helper so all
views agree on what counts as in-flight generation, shows the backend
generation_error_message inline on the imitation list and detail drawer
when status is failed, and drops the workspace/templates/imitation poll
interval from 10s to 3s (with a 5s fallback when streaming is enabled)
plus explicit query-cache invalidation so failed/completed states show
up promptly.
Introduce 仿写创作: new list and create views, backend imitation service
and prompt templates, worker task routing for imitation jobs, and one-click
rewrite triggers from question citation sources. Surface source article
URL/title on article list/detail, and restrict failed articles to delete-only.
